We always ensure that the overall theme, quantity, and value remain the same or better. 

2. Flower & Product Substitution Policy 

At Flora Daisy, freshness and quality come first.
If a specific flower or product is: 

• Out of stock 

• Unavailable in your location 

• Not fresh enough to meet our quality standards 

We will contact you directly to discuss: 

• A suitable alternative of the same value, or 

• An upgrade at no additional cost, or 

• A premium upgrade with a small price difference (only if you choose this option) 

Our goal is to maintain a high-quality standard and ensure every order is crafted with extra care. 

3. Delays in Delivery 

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to: 

• Festival or peak seasons 

• Weather conditions 

• Unexpected traffic 

• Remote or difficult delivery locations 

• High order volume 

In such cases, we request your understanding and assure you that we will deliver as soon as possible. 

4. Delivery Conditions 

• Accurate delivery information must be provided at checkout. 

• Additional charges may apply for special delivery zones or timing requests. 

• If the recipient is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be handed to:                

                o Security personnel

                o Neighbour

                o Reception desk
                    as per standard delivery practice.

5. Perishable Nature of Products 

Flowers, cakes, and gifts are perishable, and handling after delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend placing items in a cool, clean environment immediately. 

6. Order Acceptance 

Flora Daisy reserves the right to: 

• Accept or reject any order 

• Cancel or modify orders due to unforeseen issues (with prior customer notification) 
  

7. Pricing & Payment 

• Prices are inclusive of product, packaging, and standard delivery charges (unless otherwise mentioned). 

• Payment must be completed online. 

• No Cash on Delivery option is available.
